拝啓この手紙読んでいるあなたは
どこでをしているのだろう

Haikei kono tegami yondeiru anata wa
doko de nani wo shiteiru no darou

Dear you,who's reading this letter
Where are you and what are you doing now?


Glossary
Haikei : dear... (it's an opening when you write a letter)
Kono : this
Tegami : letter
Yomu : to read (in the sentence, it was changed to "yondeiru")
Anata : you
Doko : where
Nani : what
Suru : to do (in the sentence, it was changed into "shiteiru")



十五にはにもせない
みのがあるのです


Juugo no boku ni wa darenimo hanasenai
nayami no tane ga aru no desu

For me who's 15 years old
There are seeds of worries I can't tell anyone

Juugo : 15
Boku : me
Darenimo : to anyone
Hanasu : to tell, to talk (in the sentence, it was changed into "hanasenai")
Nayami no tane : seeds of worries
Aru : to have, to be located



未来自分てて手紙なら
きっと素直けられるだろう

Mirai no jibun ni atetekaku tegami nara
Kitto sunao ni uchiakerareru darou

If it's a letter addressed to my future self,
Surely I can confide truly to myself

Mirai : the future, the world to come
Jibun : my self, your self
Ateru : to adress
Kaku : to write
Tegami : letter
Kitto : most likely, surely
Sunao : honest, frank
Uchiakeru: to speak one’s mind, to be frank 
(in the sentence, it was changed to "uchiakerareru")

From these sentences you can learn some Japanese grammar like -teiru , darou/deshou, and many other grammars.
